Distilled in a Barbet column still in Mauritius in 2011, this rum joins the series from French indie bottler La Maison Du Rhum. After initially maturing in Cognac barrels, the rum was treated to a finish in Islay whisky casks before bottling in 2021 – not something you see every day!
