Pleasingly punchy pot distilled rum from Jamaica, bottled up by J.G. Thomson in Edinburgh. The rum spent three years in Jamaica, resting in bourbon barrels, maturing further in Scotland before being bottled up without chill filtration, and with no added colour or sugar. Packing plenty of estery, fermented fruit character, alongside layers of juicy bittersweet molasses and tannic oak, its an impressive offering for rum sippers, and will add a whole lot of character to cocktails.

Yeah its decent. Has a good punch to it with strong notes of bourbon. Glad I bought it.
