Jamaica Cove Black Ginger Rum is made using a blend of Jamaican rums as well as ginger and other select botanicals.
Well spiced with hints of vegetal spice and root ginger. Creamy caramel and sugary cola cubes.
I've had had few bottles of this over the last couple of years, this one wasn't as strong in the ginger flavour as the previous ones. Still a good drink though.
