Ingenio La Cabana 5 Year Old - Bapt & Clem's (Darroze)
From Bapt & Clem comes a rum from El Salvador, aged for three years in American bourbon casks there before it was transported to Gascony and spent an additional two years in a combination of casks including Sauternes, fino, oloroso, and manzanilla.

Toffee apples, charred pineapple, vanilla, cut herbs, and soft with notes of pineapple, baked apples, lightly toasted bread and vanilla.
