From Ice & Fire Distillery comes Caithness Raiders Rum, which has had a touch of honey, various spices and gorse (which gives a coconut flavour) added. It has also been aged in oak, imparting a mature flavour profile, meaning it can be enjoyed either neat over ice or with a dash of ginger ale to really bring out those spicy notes.
Sweet and spicy, with floral honey, fragrant baking spices and creamy notes of vanilla and coconut.
tasted this at a ahow and went on to buy a ful bottle. Completely different to other rums I have had. Had it with spice orange giner ale and it was yummy
Really liked this and can't understand why it isn't more widely know. Such a lovely light rum. You can actually drink this neat with ice and no mixer.
so refreshing for a rum - absolutely loves this drink and it is smooth as well so you can actually drink this on its own and not need anything in it
