From Ice & Fire Distillery comes Caithness Raiders Rum, which has had a touch of honey, various spices and gorse (which gives a coconut flavour) added. It has also been aged in oak, imparting a mature flavour profile, meaning it can be enjoyed either neat over ice or with a dash of ginger ale to really bring out those spicy notes.
