Trying to be as unbiased as I possibly can here when I say it tastes like an "introduction to my first rum" for teens. Incredibly sweet and way too uninspired to be worth its pricetag. Personally wouldn't recommend it.
5* drop of rum, been trying to find the rum for me and I think I have found it!! Not too sweet and perfect with a mixer or by itself!!
Bought this on the recommendation of a friend who knows his rum. I'm normally more of a bourbon drinker and find rum too sweet, but the balance of this rum is perfect. Definite orange notes which appeals to my fondness for an old fashioned. I guess it would be impressive in the right cocktail but easily smooth and complex enough to be sipped straight.
