A vibrant addition to the Hitchhiker Rum range, which takes inspiration from the different ports, shores, and coastlines that the rum passes on its journey to the UK. For this edition, a blend of aged rum from Guyana, and Trinidad and Tobago is blended with an array of Mediterranean herbs and British coastal botanicals. The likes of blackberry leaf, burdock root, hawthorn berry, and sea buckthorn are joined by lemon, rosemary, bay leaf, saffron, pepper, and pine nut. Serve with tonic and lemon for a refreshing Highball.
Sugared lemon peels and notes of lemon balm are followed by drying herbs, aromatic spice, and a crackle of peppercorn heat.
