Description
The folks at Hensol Castle in Wales created this flavourful addition to its range using a base of triple-distilled Caribbean rum, and re-distilling it for a fourth time with a host of exotic ingredients. Madagascan vanilla, caramel, fresh lime and orange peel, spiced berries, cinnamon, black pepper, and nutmeg are all in the mix. After distillation, the rum is enriched with a helping of caramel and dark chocolate for a decadent finish. The Hensol team recommend enjoying a 50ml measure of this over plenty of ice, topped with ginger ale and garnished with a slice of lime.
