Griffiths Brothers Nine Tails White Spiced Rum
For this expression from the Griffiths Brothers Nine Tails rum range, a base of white Guyanese rum is (rather unusually) cold distilled with local English honey, Persian lime, and ginger, along with a splash of its own cask-aged rum in there too. Full of flavour without any of the colour, making it perfect for cocktails!
