Description

For this expression from the Griffiths Brothers Nine Tails rum range, a base of white Guyanese rum is (rather unusually) cold distilled with local English honey, Persian lime, and ginger, along with a splash of its own cask-aged rum in there too. Full of flavour without any of the colour, making it perfect for cocktails!

Overall

Zingy lime and tropical fruit, bolstered by warming ginger and wood spice, with vanilla and honey sweetness.
