Really enjoyed this. Not complicated but worked great with Ginger Ale that I saw mentioned on their website.
Neat, it smells very fragrantly of pineapple, but the taste is sharp alcohol and more pineapple skin than juice. With cola, the sweetness blends it together nicely and you can pick out the pineapple better
