The folks behind Grand Kadoo have gone ahead and made their own Carnival Coconut expression, combining its cracking Caribbean rum with the eponymous drupe (not a nut, despite... Well, despite being called coconut). Great served simply over ice, and goes handsomely with pineapple juice, too.
Sweet with clear coconut influence, alongside layers of chocolate, cooked fruit and honey.
