Karisimbi Spiced Rum
The folks from Gorilla Spirits have gone and created Karisimbi Spiced Rum, named for Mount Karisimbi, an inactive volcano located on the border between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It's warming and luxurious, a brilliant component in a Daiquiri or simply with a splash of ginger beer. 10% of bottle profits at Gorilla Spirits is donated to help fund the conservation of endangered Mountain Gorillas.

Fiery root ginger kicks things off, with a burst of sweet orange and tangy grapefruit, a touch of vanilla pod and baking spice on the finish.
