The Foursquare Exceptional Cask Selection range has produced... Well, another exceptional rum, funnily enough! This expression is a 12 year old rum, made with a blend of pot and column still distillates, and matured in ex-bourbon casks. A dozen years of rest has helped to develop its flavour profile brilliantly, with bold fruity notes sitting alongside warming oak, waves of toffee, and subtle nutty notes.
Caramelised tropical fruit, dry cedar with a smidge of grassiness, almonds, pineapple, red chilli flake, brown sugar.
