Nose Loads of ripe banana and spicy vanilla, built on a robust oaky core. There’s a linseed richness and a herbal green quality, backed with cocoa notes. Perhaps savoury plantain, too.
Palate Marzipan-led, with oodles of cooked pineapple, milk chocolate and papaya notes. The banana is in cake form now, and the toasty oak continues to add a richness.
Finish Rich and well-defined, with that almond-pineapple duality continuing.
