Enmore 32 Year Old 1990 - Rum Sponge Edition No.24 (Decadent Drinks) 70cl

Number 24 in the Decadent Drinks Rum Sponge series is a whopping 32-year-old from Guyana's Enmore distillery. This MEV mark began its maturation in a pair of refill barrels, remaining in Guyana for over five years before travelling to the UK to continue ageing. In January 2022, the Decadent gang re-racked one of the casks into a heavily charred hogshead, and the other into a shaved, toasted, and re-charred American oak barrique. The two were later married together, and that marriage was returned to the two aforementioned casks to continue its maturation. Spectacular stuff!
