A stunning English rum from DropWorks, this limited edition is the second in its Distiller's Drop series. Distilled from scratch after fermentation using DropWorks' signature trinity yeast, the rum spent 28 months maturing in Bordeaux merlot red wine casks, bringing notes of wild strawberries, cracked black pepper, and crème brûlée. A release of 900 bottles.
