Description

The 2022 edition of Clairin Vaval hails from Haiti's Arawaks distillery. Distilled from sugar cane juice and spontaneously fermented with natural and ambient yeasts, this is a powerful sipper, sure to impress fans of funky sugar cane rums.

Overall

Garden herbs, dried spices, and sun-dried fruits lead to juicy sugar cane. Slightly briny, with crisp candied zest and an earthy minerality beneath.
