The eighth edition of Clairin Casimir, this Haitian rhum agricole is produced in the village of Barradères from pure sugar cane juice. The juice is wild fermented in wooden vats, with added local herbs including lemongrass and aniseed. A fascinating expression for rum enthusiasts.
