A perfect expression for rum nerds to get excited about, this Haitian rhum agricole was produced from pure cane juice and then fermented with wild yeast in open vats, as well as wild anise, ginger, and lemongrass. It's botanical rum, basically. Super stuff.

Green and lively with heaps and warming and aromatic spice as well as ripe white fruit.
