This is the 2016 vintage Clairin Casimir rhum - curiously, the distiller adds lemongrass, cinnamon and ginger to the mix during fermentation. A very interesting spirit from Haiti.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Grassy sugar cane, subtly medicinal earthiness (almost peat-like), spicy ginger shows up on the finish.
