Description

Distilled from molasses, this robust rum combines a blend of smooth aged rum with subtly sweet unaged rum, bottled at the old-school British proof strength of 57% ABV. Enjoy this neat over ice, or a nice refreshing Daiquiri perhaps?

Overall

Delicately sweet with supple layers of runny caramel and buttery vanilla, backed by peppercorn warmth on the finish.
