Inspired by the distillery’s history as a secret underground fuel depot, built in 1941, this Gold Spiced Rum from Distinct is a real corker. It was made using a custom fermentation process featuring a unique yeast recipe followed by an energy-efficient hybrid-distillation process from which the distillers select only the premium cuts. The rum is then infused with a delicate blend of spices.
A complex combination of sweetness and spice, with notes of caramel, toffee and a hint of cinnamon. Golden in appearance, this is a smooth, refined profile with a warming finish, perfect for sipping on ice or pairing with your favourite mixer.
