Dictador's Aurum rum, from Columbia, is made using virgin sugar cane honey and distilled in antique copper alembic stills. It's then aged in ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in a richly honeyed, moreish sipper.
Oaky vanilla and floral honey give way to rich roasted coffee, and cocoa nibs.
