A superb Port finished rum from Dictador, selected by master blender Hernan Parra. Distilled in 1999, the rum matured for a total of 23 years, and it's brimming with rounded notes of summer berries and cherries alongside zesty notes of citrus and spice.
Blood orange, strawberry and walnuts in honey. A hint of smoked figs and some depth from dates and rounded black cherry notes.
The black cherry takes on the bulk of the flavour, with some lovely spices underpinning the fruity notes, and a top note of flamed orange peel.
Some bitter orange with notes of cracked black pepper.
