Nose Mango with hints of toasted oak. Freshly ground coffee, sweet black tea and some ginger snaps. Treacle toffee, cardamom and pink peppercorns.
Palate Crepe Suzette, fig leaf, dates and some notes of thyme. Terracotta, and some pineapple notes, which develop into wider tropical fruits and a hint of vanilla. Yuzu, too.
Finish Sweetened ice tea, with white chocolate and bourbon oak notes.
