An impressive 23-year-old rum from Columbia, distilled at Dictador and selected by master blender Hernan Parra. The rum spent its full maturation in an American oak cask bringing notes of vanilla and banana to the dark fruit and spice at its core.
Cherry drops, strawberry laces, liquorice powder, blackcurrant juice and some notes of fig leaves.
The blackcurrant note takes charge, backed with allspice, lemon zest and some herbaceous note of thyme and rosemary.
Banana with some orange zest and creamy vanilla notes.
