Vintage 2000 rum from Dictador, matured for 22 years and selected by master blender Hernan Parra. The rum spent its time ageing in an American oak cask resulting in an elegant sipper that's brimming with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and clove.
Milk chocolate, toasted malt, oaky vanilla and some notes of light banana and guava. This develops into a lighter white chocolate note with hints of cinnamon.
Pear drops, red apples, pineapples and tropical fruit salad in syrup. Black cherry and Madagascan villa. Cloves, with a touch of cardamom
Cardamom comes through with a hint of black cherry at the end.
