This 13 year old rum from Dictador was distilled in 2009 and initially filled into American oak to mature. The rum was then treated to a finish in a fino sherry cask, selected by master blender Hernan Parra.
White grapes with a lovely hint of salted caramel chocolate. Orange essential oils, a note of white flowers and some lavender notes.
Really fresh with notes of clementine, mango, sea salt and dark chocolate. Black cherry and rich runny honey give this real body and death. Some saffron notes. A really quality rum.
