If you've heard good things about Dictador Rum and fancy getting a taste of it yourself, here's a terrific place to start. Dictador 10 Year Old comes to us all the way from Colombia, distilled in a combination of column and pot stills, and it spends a decade maturing in Colombian white oak casks before being bottled up at 40% ABV. Superb sipped neat or over ice.
