A 2005 vintage rum from the well-known Diamond distillery in Guyana, independently bottled by Mezan. Full of yummy herbaceous notes alongside light hints of banana and a touch of oak spice.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Green banana, buttery oak and caraway. A burst of zesty lime and lemon arrives later on.
Palate
Crisp apple, more citrus, some star anise and a hint of beeswax.
Finish
Soft woody spices and another hint of juicy fruit.
