18-year-old rum from Guyana's Diamond distillery, independently bottled by Keeble Cask Company for its Fragrant Drops series. The rum matured in a single barrel between 2003 and 2022, yielding a total of 148 bottles when it was opened.
Waves of anise and cola cubes, oaken vanilla, and chewy burnt sugar are backed by dark berry sweetness, cacao, nutmeg, and old leather.
