The Kinghaven single cask series boasts another top rum in the form of this 15 year old from the Diamond Distillery, bottled by the same folks behind Smögen! It was distilled from a wooden Versailled still in Guyana and aged for 15 years, including a finishing period in Swedish oak! Finally it was bottled at cask strength, a burly 59.2% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Orange chocolate and a drizzle of treacle, with green oak and nutmeg appearing alongside drier herbaceous notes.
