A grand indie bottling of rum from Guyana's Diamond Distillery. Aged in a bourbon barrel, it spent its final five months finishing in a first-fill Buffalo Trace cask! After ten years, it was bottled up by the folks at independent bottler Dràm Mòr, who certainly know a good rum when they find one. A release of 249 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Creamy with fresh vanilla pod and coconut. Dusty oak with a touch of anise, and greener notes of fennel are followed by a prickle of candied ginger and lingering oaken vanilla.
