Dead Man's Dragon Fruit

Rum and dragon fruit isn't a combination you see every day, now is it? Lucky, the Dead Man's Fingers team in Cornwall has gone ahead and made their very own dragon fruit flavoured rum so you won't have to go out and steal some fruit from a dragon to try that combo out (we are at least 80% sure that is how dragon fruit is made). Plus, it's presented in a bright pink skull-shaped jar!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Vibrantly fruity with hints of fresh pear, apple, peach and kiwi, balanced by vanilla and black pepper.

Reviews for Dead Man's Fingers Dragon Fruit Rum
Worth a try
It smells very strong, almost like paint thinner (in a great way - honestly!). The jar makes a fab looking vase. It's a flavour worth trying if you know you enjoy fruity rums.

Loved it
Quite a strong taste compared to their other fruity range that I've tried (passionfruit and pineapple) but goes well with fruity mixers. The jar is tricky to pour from, especially once you've already had a few! I love the design however and now I have a cool looking vase.

Fruity
A very nice rum. I'm already a fan of dragonfruit and was intrigued to hear that a rum was being released. Had no idea how well the flavour of the fruit would transfer into the rum, but it works exceptionally well.
My only issue with this and the rest of this range is hte skull shaped bottle is a little hard to pour from, but it's not enough to stop me enjoying it!
