From Manchester-based Diablesse comes a Clementine Spiced Rum! It's made with Demerara rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, using native sugar cane molasses and traditional pot and column still distillation. It's then naturally flavoured with clementine and a warm spice mix inspired by the Caribbean containing vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, star anise and clove.
Gingerbread, toasted cinnamon, clementine zest.
Toffee apple, clementine zest – balances cooked sugar.
Warm pimento, sticky gingerbread, sweetness balanced by ‘zestiness’: fresh, bright, vibrant, natural, soft warm spice.

Can’t get through Christmas without this. It goes into the cake, the mulled wine and into me! Pairs wonderfully with Fever Tree spiced orange ginger ale.
Rather nice addition to my fledgling selection of rums, best enjoyed over ice, the Clementine cuts through cleanly adding to the complexity of the layers of favours, mixes well with diet Pepsi and also cream soda

This is Christmas in a rum. Like drinking a Christmas flavoured candle. Loved it!
Lovely with Fever Tree spiced orange Ginger Ale. Fab in cooking too , fruit cakes., mince pies etc. Mix with cider and ginger ale for a killer rum punch, hot or cold.
