From Manchester-based Diablesse comes a Clementine Spiced Rum! It's made with Demerara rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, using native sugar cane molasses and traditional pot and column still distillation. It's then naturally flavoured with clementine and a warm spice mix inspired by the Caribbean containing vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, star anise and clove.
Gingerbread, toasted cinnamon, clementine zest.
Toffee apple, clementine zest – balances cooked sugar.
Warm pimento, sticky gingerbread, sweetness balanced by ‘zestiness’: fresh, bright, vibrant, natural, soft warm spice.

Absolutely superb, expertly blended, a modern classic that will be around for a long time I hope.
Fist tried this at the Manchester Rum Fest. Very sippable on its own and quite a change from the usual spiced rums with the Clementine. Also very nice in ginger ale, Pepsi Max and fever tree spiced orange ginger beer.
The best rum I have had. Loved the flavour. We bought a small bottle while visiting Manchester. Now this is my tipple from my lovely time visiting this cool city
