Named after Harrismith Beach in Barbados, Harrismith Rum was specifically made for mixing. Sugar cane-based rum and charred barrels were used in an effort to make it so the flavours of the rum carry through into your mixed drinks. Not only does it work brilliantly in cocktails, it also does rather well mixed with tonic!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Heavy vanilla and tangy tropical fruits, plus a refreshing waft of cut grass.
