
A brilliantly aromatic spiced rum from Cornish Rock, which gets its wonderful flavour from cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, allspice and cubeb pepper. It's distilled in small batches and blended with Cornish spring water. Always a winner with ginger beer, though it could just as easily be sipped neat over ice.
Zesty orange peel, a hefty helping of cinnamon and brown sugar, with caramelised banana and a dusting of nutmeg, leading into a peppery finish.
