A brilliantly aromatic spiced rum from Cornish Rock, which gets its wonderful flavour from cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, allspice and cubeb pepper. It's distilled in small batches and blended with Cornish spring water. Always a winner with ginger beer, though it could just as easily be sipped neat over ice.

Don't want to be disrespectful but I bought a small sampler and locked forward to a smooth flavourful taste. Instead, I got a harsh taste that seemed to have spices added as an after thought. I normally drink bumbu, kraken, diplomatico, among other spiced rums and all those are drinkable neat but not this. Maybe the sampler at the Marazion tourist trap wasted packaged well but steer clear of this one.
