Single cask rum from Columbia's Hacienda Coloma. Distilled in 2006, the molasses based rum initially matured in American oak, before being treated to Coloma's signature finish in a coffee liqueur cask!

Treacly layers of burnt sugar and cocoa, with dense oak bringing rich, woody spice, followed by waves of vanilla and mocha.
