Spiced rum from the folks behind the Cockspur rum range, built around spiced from the Caribbean. They recommend serving it in a Zombie cocktail, or simply mixed with cola and a good wedge of lime for a simple serve.

I tend to order a different spiced rum every time but I've come back again for this one because it's so good. Very spicy and dark, I drink it with coke and lime, sometimes mint.
Personally I couldn't get used to the strong cardamom flavour. My missis was happy tho as she really enjoyes it and has the bottle to herself

Incredibly smooth with strong notes of cocoa and a gentle warmth. Highly versatile and doesn’t require any mixing - best served on its own in a warm glass!
This is a good, complex rum with deep flavours of molasses, licorice, toffee and warm spices. I'd actually really recommend making a mojito with this and a splash of grenadine... It is a lovely long drink there. Enjoyable to sip as well.
