This aged rum comes to us from El Salvador, produced by Cihuatán! It was created as an homage to the Mayan God of rain, dubbed Indigo, and spent its eight years of ageing in American oak bourbon barrels. Not only does it sport a rather fun label, but the liquid within is deliciously toasty!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Rich mocha and toasted nuts, with butterscotch, flamed lemon peel and bitter coffee bean.
