Another top addition to the Cihuatán range of El Salvador rums, all of which are inspired by Mayan legends. Cinabrio is a reference to the colour red, which was historically made used the mineral cinnabar (also known as cinabrio), and was also regarded as a good omen. The rum has spent 12 years in American oak bourbon barrels, imparting creamy sweetness among richer, toasty notes.
