From Chalong Bay Distillery in Thailand comes this wild fermented rum, which means no yeast has been added to kick start fermentation, with the producers relying instead on the yeast and bacteria floating around in the air. This usually means some fruity, funky flavours can be expected. It's made from 100% sugarcane juice and distilled using French copper stills.
Green grassy notes, with plenty of tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya, and some lychee, with some citrus, and a savoury saline finish.
