Chairman's Reserve is distilled on the island of St Lucia and comprises a blend of pot still and Coffey column still rums, aged between four and five years in casks that previously held bourbon. With rounded layers of tropical fruit and spices, backed by waves of oaken vanilla, it'll work a treat in classic rum cocktails like a Mai Tai.
Rich, aromatic. Very fruity on the nose. Peppery.
Cooked apples, banana bread, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, and Demerara sugar.

This rum is the best in its price range. Smooth and sweet to drink with interesting flavours but not overly sweet, just right.
Sip or mix. This is a rum that sits squarely in the middle for me. No harsh after tones when sipping and equally good in a tall drink. Spices are clearly evident in this good rum.
