Canerock is a fantastic drink created by the team at Maison Ferrand, using aged Jamaican rums at its core, including a generous helping of high-ester rums. Alongside these rums, the team infuses the likes of Madagascan vanilla pod, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut into the spirit, and a portion is given some extra time in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to allow its flavour profile to develop further. An impressive expression indeed, more than suitable for sipping neat, but will also be excellent for upgrading your rum cocktails.

Discovered this exquisite spiced rum at the Rum festival in London and had to buy a bottle as soon as I got home. This smells so good - very caramel-y and it tastes so balanced too. Not too spicy so as to over-power it, not too sweet, not harsh if supping neat all night too. So good!

Seriously good and refreshingly different from the norm i wouldn't hesitate to take the plunge and get a bottle as it will be myself after a sample. Maison ferrand never fail with rums or cognac so it's a win win with their business
