From the Bombo Rum range made in Cornwall, bottled at 40% ABV and flavoured with caramel and a secret combination of tropical spices. Also, got a particularly angry looking skull on it, as opposed to the somewhat jovial-looking skull on their liqueurs.
Thick with caramel, cinnnamon and zesty fruit notes. A little bit of citrus peel tucked away.
Out of 4 of the cornish rums, we have tasted so far!! This is by far the best.
I got this rum as part of a tasting set for my birthday and was disappointed to discover I didn’t like it at all. Overpowering smell and taste of clove. Not everyone will like everything and obviously this is down to my personal preference, just sadly not for me this time.
Would have been nicer without all the sediment making the last half inch far less palatable, Great taste, love the rum, improve the bottling.
This rum is just gorgeous .. sweet and smooth easy to drink just straight, no need to add anything
Bloody awesome. Imagine a hot cross buns scent crawling up your snoser while drinking warm caramel. Yeh! That's this drink.
