A spiced rum from Barbican Botanics, distilled in South West England, with the addition of figs, orange and a whole load of baking spices. It's rested in charred American oak casks before it's bottled at 40% ABV, and should do very well with a splash of ginger beer to bring out those spicy notes.
A burst of citrus supported by aromatic spices, with distinctive nutmeg, dried fruit sweetness, a whisper of smoke and tannic oak on the finish.
A fabulous Rum, great for sipping, or mixed long. Really benefits from no artificial flavours, vanillas, caramels, all really natural. simply delicious
