“I lived in Trinidad a couple of years ago,In Bel Air San Fernando. I had a chance to drink both the 1894 and the 1919 both of which are some of the best rum I have ever tasted I would recommend these to any of my friends.”

Lovely

Nice. Darker, harder, sharper and more bitter than the 1919.

Lots of vanilla notes, slightly tobacco-ish and a decent oak . Falls like a blanket on you tongue - really, really lovely either neat or in a Treacle cocktail.
